Pairs Well With
Incorporate all ingredients together by kneading with your hands. Shape into 24 sliders, about 2 ounces each. Sauté in olive oil in skillet over medium heat until lightly browned on both sides. Do not overcook as bison is quite lean. Melt cheese on top, if desired. Place on slider buns and serve with your favorite condiments and burger side dishes.
